📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection and offer acceptance, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring experience.
• Develop and implement data-driven HR strategies to support business objectives and drive workforce performance.
• Collaborate with line managers and HR Business Partners to design and deliver customized training and development programs.
• Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new and departing employees.
• Leverage HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors and Workday to streamline HR operations and improve data accuracy.
• Utilize HR analytics tools like Tableau and Power BI to gain insights into workforce performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Foster a culture of excellence by promoting employee engagement and well-being initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in human capital management to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HR strategy implementation, with a focus on recruitment, training, and development.
• Proven experience using HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors and Workday.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in HR analytics tools like Tableau and Power BI.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with line managers and HR Business Partners.
• Certification in SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management - Certified Professional) or a similar HR certification is a plus.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities with a high degree of initiative.
