📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist head chefs in preparing and cooking Japanese dishes, including soba noodles and other traditional recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized and ready for use.
• Follow food safety and hygiene protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Support kitchen staff in managing inventory and restocking supplies as needed.
• Assist in preparing ingredients and garnishes to meet the standards of our high-quality dishes.
• Work efficiently in a team environment, communicating clearly and contributing to a positive work atmosphere.
• Learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques to enhance your skills and the quality of our dishes.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment, including cleaning workstations and equipment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in a Japanese cuisine setting.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
• Good communication skills in English and Indonesian.
• Familiarity with basic kitchen tools and equipment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
