As a Plant & Farm Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our poultry facilities in Bali. You'll be working on cutting-edge farms and processing plants, using the latest tools and technology to maintain and improve our operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for the daily maintenance and upkeep of our poultry farms and processing plants. You'll work closely with our team of engineers and technicians to ensure that our facilities are running efficiently and safely. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform regular maintenance and repairs on poultry equipment and facilities.
• Monitor and maintain farm equipment, including feeders, drinkers, and ventilation systems.
• Conduct routine inspections of poultry houses and processing plants to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the poultry production process.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to implement improvements and upgrades to our facilities.
• Ensure the safe and efficient operation of our poultry farms and processing plants.
• Participate in emergency response and crisis management activities.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in plant or farm maintenance, preferably in the poultry industry.
• Strong knowledge of poultry farming practices and equipment.
• Familiarity with maintenance software such as SAP or similar.
• Valid certification in electrical and mechanical maintenance, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with engineers, technicians, and other team members.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to health and safety standards.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.
