As a Maintenance Project Coordinator at PT Polyland Group Indonesia, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing maintenance activities across our diverse portfolio of properties. You will work closely with our maintenance teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of maintenance projects.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
• Monitor maintenance budgets and ensure adherence to financial guidelines.
• Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify and address maintenance issues.
• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and vendor performances.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Provide regular progress reports to senior management.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve maintenance efficiency and reduce costs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance project coordination or a similar role.
• Proficient in using project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and maintenance practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with local regulations and standards in Bali.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Construction Management (CM) is a plus.
