📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create visually appealing graphics and designs for construction and development projects
• Develop branding materials, including logos, business cards, and brochures
• Design marketing collateral such as flyers, posters, and social media content
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure design aligns with project goals and objectives
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies to maintain a competitive edge
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing diverse projects
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet tight deadlines
