In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of our personal care products, from market research and product development to sales and marketing. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet the evolving needs of our customers. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in retail, marketing, or a related field.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase the visibility and sales of hair, oral, and personal care products.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences in the personal care category.
• Manage the product lifecycle, including new product introductions, promotions, and discontinued products.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to make informed decisions and optimize performance.
• Work with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure a steady supply of high-quality products.
• Attend industry events and trade shows to stay updated on the latest trends and innovations.
• Provide regular reports and presentations to the management team on the performance of the personal care category.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing the product lifecycle and driving sales growth.
• Strong knowledge of market research and consumer behavior.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with the healthcare retail industry and the personal care category is a plus.
