As a Building Technician (M&E), you'll be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and repair of the mechanical and electrical systems in our buildings. You'll work closely with our engineering team to ensure that all systems are functioning optimally, and you'll be the first point of contact for any issues that arise. With your expertise in M&E systems, you'll be instrumental in keeping our buildings safe, comfortable, and energy-efficient.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical systems in our retail, educational, and office buildings.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with M&E systems, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption to building operations.
• Conduct regular inspections and testing of M&E systems to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to implement upgrades and improvements to M&E systems.
• Ensure that all maintenance work is documented accurately and promptly.
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to protect yourself and others on the job site.
• Provide technical support and guidance to other team members as needed.
• Participate in emergency response efforts to address critical M&E system failures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Building Technician (M&E) in a commercial or retail setting.
• Proven expertise in maintaining and repairing mechanical and electrical systems in buildings.
• Familiarity with industry-standard tools and software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Building Information Modeling (BIM) software.
• Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
