📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure accuracy of documentation.,Create user manuals, guides, and other instructional materials.,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity and accuracy.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Assist in the development of training materials and presentations.,Provide support to customers and internal teams by answering technical queries.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communication, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong writing and editing skills with excellent attention to detail.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Understanding of health and medical terminology is a plus.
