📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Oversee and manage daily operations of the dairy production facility.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery.

Train and mentor junior staff members.

Manage inventory and ensure optimal stock levels.

Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.

Report to management on operational performance and identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Dairy Science, Agriculture, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the dairy industry.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of dairy production processes and quality control standards.

Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in dairy operations.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
