📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently, and identifying areas for improvement.,Maintaining high standards of customer service and ensuring that all customers receive the care and attention they deserve.,Ensuring that the pharmacy meets all regulatory requirements and maintaining accurate records and documentation.,Working closely with the team to develop and implement new initiatives and strategies to improve the pharmacy's performance.,Managing the pharmacy's budget and ensuring that all expenses are kept within the allocated budget.,Leading and mentoring the team, providing guidance and support as needed.,Ensuring that the pharmacy is a safe and welcoming environment for both customers and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the healthcare industry.,A strong understanding of pharmacy operations and a commitment to maintaining high standards of customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with both customers and staff.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire the team.,A detail-oriented and organized approach to work, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.,A commitment to ongoing professional development and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.,A valid pharmacy license and any other relevant certifications or qualifications.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
