📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.,Conduct financial analysis to provide strategic insights and support decision-making.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely submission.,Manage and mentor junior accountants and provide guidance on accounting best practices.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in accounting and finance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior role.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
