Food Nest Nusantara is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Retail Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and customer satisfaction in our retail outlets. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting market research to identify customer needs and preferences.,Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Promoting products and services to potential customers through various marketing channels.,Monitoring sales performance and providing regular reports to management.,Assisting in the development and execution of sales training programs.,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with food industry is a plus.,Must be fluent in Indonesian.
