📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Support the HR department in administrative tasks, such as processing payroll, benefits enrollment, and employee onboarding.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.,Facilitate a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and issues.,Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.,Provide general HR support to the management team.,Assist in the organization of HR events and activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
