📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Providing direct patient care according to established protocols and procedures.
  • Assessing and monitoring patients' health status and reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
  • Administering medications as prescribed by physicians.
  • Documenting patient care activities accurately and completely.
  • Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Performing basic nursing procedures such as wound care, intravenous therapy, and catheter care.
  • Promoting patient safety and infection control measures.
  • Assisting in the training and supervision of nursing students or new hires.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Active nursing license in Indonesia.
  • Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
  • Ability to speak and understand Indonesian.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
