📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct phone calls and in-person meetings with clients to discuss overdue payments and collection strategies in Mandarin.
• Prepare and send collection letters, notices, and reminders to clients in both English and Mandarin.
• Manage and update customer accounts using our in-house CRM system, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping.
• Collaborate with the finance team to develop and implement collection plans tailored to each client’s situation.
• Provide regular reports on collection progress to the management team.
• Assist in training new hires on collection procedures and best practices.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions with clients.
• Adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in Mandarin (both spoken and written).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer collections or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
