Bright Hub Sentosa is seeking a motivated and experienced Lead Cashier Clinic to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the cashiering operations, ensuring smooth transactions, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cash handling, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the cashiering operations, including opening and closing the cash register.,Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues that may arise.,Maintain accurate records of all transactions.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Train and supervise junior cashiers.,Monitor cash levels and report any discrepancies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in cashiering or a related role.,Experience in a healthcare or clinic setting is a plus.,Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and security measures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using cash register systems and point-of-sale software.,Knowledge of Indonesian language is required.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
