Bit Net Nusantara is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Purchasing Staff to join our team in Singkawang. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the procurement process, including supplier evaluation, negotiation, and order placement. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process by identifying and evaluating potential suppliers.,Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible terms and prices.,Place orders and track inventory levels to ensure timely delivery.,Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities.,Collaborate with internal teams to understand purchasing needs and requirements.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in procurement.,Participate in supplier meetings and events as needed.,Provide support to the purchasing manager in special projects and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in purchasing or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and practices.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Ability to work well in a team environment and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
