📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.,Support the HR team in organizing and executing employee training and development programs.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis to support decision-making.,Coordinate with department heads to address employee concerns and resolve issues.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of HR strategies and initiatives.,Assist in the implementation of employee benefits and compensation programs.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations and conflict resolution.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.,Fresh graduates or limited HR experience is acceptable.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Basic knowledge of HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
