Duta Indra Bakery is seeking a dedicated HR Officer to join our team. We are a growing bakery company located in Ngawi, East Java, and we are looking for a professional who can help us manage our human resources effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and a passion for the baking industry. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees.,Manage employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Coordinate employee training and development programs.,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.,Maintain a positive and inclusive work environment.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Familiarity with HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
