Duta Dewi Tea is seeking a dedicated F&B Service professional to join our team. We are a leading tea company in Indonesia, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and ensuring our customers have a pleasant dining experience. This is a full-time position located in Salatiga, Jawa Tengah.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.,Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.,Maintain a clean and organized dining area.,Handle cash transactions and manage the cash register.,Assist in inventory management and restocking of food and beverage supplies.,Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve service quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in the food and beverage service industry is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.,Familiarity with basic inventory management and cash handling procedures.,Flexible and willing to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.,Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 pounds.
