As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the resort, ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service and that the resort runs smoothly and efficiently.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the resort, including guest services, housekeeping, and maintenance.
  • Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service and that their needs are met.
  • Manage and supervise a team of staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Monitor and maintain the resort's cleanliness and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all aspects of the resort's operations are running smoothly.
  • Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of the resort's daily operations plan.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the resort is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and staff.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of local laws and regulations, as well as health and safety standards.
  • Previous experience working in a luxury resort or similar setting is a plus.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
