📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Assist in managing sales leads and customer inquiries

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups and updates

Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and databases

Prepare and distribute sales reports and presentations

Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings and travel arrangements

Assist in organizing sales events and promotions

Provide excellent customer service and support to clients

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or administrative role

Strong knowledge of English language, both written and spoken

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work well in a team and independently

Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
