📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that align with the company's strategic goals.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure training needs are met.,Maintain training records and provide reports on training outcomes.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Assist in the recruitment and selection process by evaluating candidates' training needs.,Provide ongoing support and mentoring to employees to facilitate their professional growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development.,Proven experience in designing and conducting training programs.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with training management software is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business travel.
