📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Conduct regular financial analysis to provide insights and recommendations for improving financial performance.,Oversee the preparation and submission of tax returns, ensuring compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.,Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely processing and collection of payments.,Lead and mentor junior accountants, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information is available for decision-making purposes.,Stay up-to-date with accounting standards and regulations, and implement necessary changes to ensure compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a senior accounting role.,Proven experience in managing accounting functions and providing financial analysis.,Strong knowledge of accounting software and financial systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Professional certification in accounting, such as CPA or ACCA, is a plus.
