📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee performance and satisfaction.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring a positive work environment.,Oversee employee benefits and compensation packages.,Manage the employee benefits program and ensure compliance with regulations.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior HR role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience with HR information systems and software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
