Optum is seeking a talented and experienced SOC Analyst to join our cybersecurity team in Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, detecting, and responding to cybersecurity threats in real-time. You will work closely with our global team to ensure the security and integrity of our systems and data.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and analyze security alerts and events from various sources, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, and EDR solutions.,Investigate and respond to security incidents, including malware infections, phishing attacks, and unauthorized access attempts.,Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and mitigate security risks.,Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance our security posture.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, development, and business units, to ensure the security of our systems and data.,Provide security awareness training and education to employees to promote a security-conscious culture.,Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to our security operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a SOC Analyst role or a similar cybersecurity position.,Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ are a plus.,Strong knowledge of cybersecurity tools and technologies, including SIEM, IDS/IPS, EDR, and vulnerability management solutions.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.,Fluency in English is required.
