📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the store.,Manage and train a team of store staff to deliver excellent customer service.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is maintained.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Prepare and present regular reports on store performance to management.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of store operations with overall business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with retail management software is a plus.
