As our Operations Manager for ATM Operations, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our ATM network, including monitoring ATM uptime, resolving technical issues, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing operational strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the ATM network, including monitoring ATM uptime, resolving technical issues, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Manage and mentor a team of ATM operators, technicians, and support staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of performance and customer service.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess the condition of ATMs and identify areas for improvement.
• Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure that our ATM network meets their expectations.
• Monitor and analyze operational data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices, including those related to data security, privacy, and accessibility.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as finance, marketing, and customer service, to support the overall goals and objectives of the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ATM operations, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of ATM technology, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
• Experience with ATM management software, such as Brinks' ATM Management System (AMS) or similar platforms.
• Certification in ATM operations, such as Certified ATM Professional (CAP) or Certified Cash Management Professional (CCMP).
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of professionals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Proficient in English and Indonesian, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
