📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Conduct phone calls and in-person meetings with clients to discuss overdue payments and collection strategies in Mandarin.
- Prepare and send collection letters, notices, and reminders to clients in both English and Mandarin.
- Manage and update customer accounts using our in-house CRM system, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping.
- Collaborate with the finance team to develop and implement collection plans tailored to each client’s situation.
- Provide regular reports on collection progress to the management team.
- Assist in training new hires on collection procedures and best practices.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions with clients.
- Adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Fluent in Mandarin (both spoken and written).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer collections or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
