📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, implementation, and control of logistics operations.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize stock.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with logistics partners and service providers.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.,Analyze and report on logistics performance metrics.,Lead and mentor a team of logistics coordinators.,Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing logistics operations and improving efficiency.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with local regulations and requirements in Bontang, Kalimantan Timur.
