📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the daily operations of the food delivery service,Managing a team of delivery personnel,Ensuring timely and efficient delivery of food orders,Monitoring and improving delivery routes and schedules,Maintaining high standards of customer service and satisfaction,Handling customer complaints and resolving issues promptly,Collaborating with the marketing team to promote delivery services,Assisting in the development and implementation of operational strategies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar operational role,Strong knowledge of food delivery operations and logistics,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with relevant software and tools for operational management,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use
