📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee day-to-day operations of the department to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement strategies to improve department performance and achieve organizational goals.,Lead and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.,Manage department budgets and resources, ensuring financial responsibility and compliance.,Coordinate with other departments to align efforts and achieve common objectives.,Monitor department performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in department management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.,Experience in a hybrid work environment is a plus.,Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is required.,Knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
