📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding using SAP SuccessFactors.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Support the HR team in Medan Sunggal with employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Coordinate with managers to ensure a smooth and efficient HR service delivery.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records using Microsoft Office Suite.
