📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and troubleshoot computer hardware and software.,Assist in the installation and configuration of IT systems and applications.,Provide technical support to staff, including troubleshooting and resolving IT issues.,Monitor and maintain network security and data backup systems.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.,Conduct regular IT audits and assessments.,Provide training and support to staff on IT-related matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Proficiency in using IT support tools and software.,Good understanding of network security principles.,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Familiarity with healthcare IT systems is a plus.
